Andy manages customer relations between training partners and
management groups. He coordinates the central marketing activity of
the project and ensures that potential trainees are provided with
correct information and access to training.

Debbie will focus on marketing activities and the administration of
the project database. She will work with the Customer Manager to
deliver the communications plan.

Sue ensures that trainee progression tracking is comprehensive and
that high quality data is produced about trainee destinations.
Mentoring will also ensure that trainees have a Personal Development
Plan that helps both trainees and trainers provide training at a
suitable level and further training where appropriate.
