Take your agricultural and management skills and knowledge to a higher level !
Easton College offers a programme of higher level training that is attractive to those seeking a greater understanding and knowledge of the principles underlying current agricultural and management practices with a view to opening up higher level job opportunities or changing their career, while still being able to stay in employment; their work experience contributes to the programme. It requires 32 days of study at the College (7 hours per day) over a year and will be delivered so as to have minimum impact on work and job; there is a requirement to contribute more time as self-directed study.

• Practical Estate Skills
• Employability Skills
• Research Methods and Statistics
• Farmland Habitats
• Livestock Production
• Crop Production
Trainees may have the option of using programme results to contribute towards a Foundation Degree.

• Farmers and Growers
• Agricultural contractors
• Farm or horticulture employees, (including migrant workers)
• Small scale food businesses
• Young men and women entering farming
• People engaged in an economic activity relating to rural crafts and heritage skills.

This course is available for the following counties:- Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire
Easton College will be responsible for ensuring LandSkills supported trainees are eligible for funding support.
